Now she helps businesses, families and individuals who are facing conflict or uncertainty find cooperative solutions that really work.

Protea Consulting is based in Des Moines, Iowa, where Airan lives with her busy family and their two dogs, a fluffy gray cat and an enormous flower garden. Initial consultation services are available in-person in the Des Moines metro and virtually for clients located everywhere else.
